| Briwax Hydrocote Water
Based Wood Dyes are manufactured using the same range of high
quality, lightfast dyestuffs offering the user the same colours
in either type.
Surfaces for staining should be sanded as smooth
as possible prior to staining. Apply the dye directly by rag
to bare wood. Work the colour over the surface, ensuring an even
distribution of colour. Do not pour dye onto the surface, as
this may cause a darker area which may prove difficult to remove.
Allow to dry completely before starting the next stage of the
finish.
These dyes are compatible with most known finishes and
can be intermixed for colour matching purposes.
