Shellac Sanding Sealer
The most traditional of sealers, manufactured from natural shellac only. Particularly suitable under shellac finishes like French and Button polish it is also the ideal sealer under Briwax wax polish to produce a higher shine which does not sink away.

  • Available in 250 ml and 500 ml.

Cellulose Sanding Sealer
Used in the same way as Shellac Sanding Sealer but with the added benefit of drying very quickly, 5 to 10 minutes, therefore a great favourite with woodturners.

  • Advertised nationally in trade and public press.
  • Gives superior top coat finish to final application.
  • Brushing application.
  • Available as Shellac or Cellulose base.
  • Gives clear finish.
  • Fast dry - can be overcoated in 30 minutes.
  • Brush or rag application.
  • Can be finished with Briwax or Briwax Original.
  • Cellulose Sanding Sealer can be overcoated with Cellulose Lacquers.
  • Can be applied over Briwax Hydrocote Water Based Dye
  • Available in 250ml, 500ml.
